I have several properties with Andrews and therefore get a small discount. I feel the fees are fair for the work involved. If i am away they deal with problems and also deal with tenants issues if they arise.

Andrews was very honest and provided me with a credit for the agent fees, this was due to the fact the property did not need to be marketed again. Also provided me with a free check out report, again as a full report was not needed. Most agents would have kept the money and kept quiet.
