What agent could do to change your mind?
Showing a bit of consideration and not ignoring me would have made me leave a different rating. I always paid the rent in time and to the best of my knowledge I fulfilled my duties as a tenant, looked after the property and only bothered them when I really had to. Still, they left me waiting for the promised solution only to realise that they won't resolve my problem and I'll have to contact them again and again and again.Attached Filesnbsp;
