Awful. Reported leaking roof 12 months ago, still not fixed. Landlord now facing expensive repair costs, whilst Alder King continue to charge expensive fees. Poor poor poor customer relations. Super Friendly agency, Always a pleasure to be around. My Favourite in bristol AND they have beautiful properties to rent.

Very well priced. Agency fees are never going to be super cheap, so dont hang around for that. For what i paid (which is the normal charging fee if not significantly lower) i am totally happy. They always want to help and get things done on time.
