Avoid Avoid Avoid!!
They let poor properties containing mould that they never fix.
Theyll string you along, and then evict you claiming the mould is your fault and take your deposit.

Proceed with caution. I have refurbed 25 properties now all to an exceptional standard and always sold them within 6 weeks with other agents (mostly within 21 days)
