Very happy with my dealings with Adams, used them for renting out student houses when in both my second and third year, they managed to sort out a house for us in the second year with 6dbl rooms! No issues in getting deposits back...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been a lot more efficient to start with and failing that changed their agent fees to reflect problems and inconvenience caused.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have listened to the issues raised by the tennants, and taken some steps to helping out the tennants when it was evident that the landlord was not going to fix issues within the house. And do not use intimidation just because a tennant is female

100% agree with this person....i have used these agents twice - was left with out an oven for almost 1 year, my house had no insulation and was charged a massive bill of over 700 pounds for just 6 months, had broken decking in the garden and i can name at least 20 more things wrong with this house, they eventually moved me to an even worse place and it is so badly covered in mould that i may have to sue them for making my chiuldren ill and giving me a lecture on chemistry when infact i have a ch ...
