Same story here, my Daughter moved out end of June and still no deposit back - her room was fine as I have photos to prove, and although they say there will be deductions due to another tenant it is taking far too long. Just about to put my concerns in writing to them ...

I wouldn't mind the fees if I was paying for what was sold to me in the first place, but I'm basically paying for a slum. Never use these people unless you like to be financially abused.
