I completely agree with the above comment. We moved in to our current flat a year ago and requested our windows be replaced as they leak water constantly and don't fit properly in the sills making it very cold in winter. We have to have a bucket under them at all times - not a good look! Again we have contacted the letting agents REPEATEDLY about this through email and phone calls and have even told environmental health about it but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
