The Charles Harding Gorse Hill office was established in 1998 and has built an excellent reputation for helping people successfully buy and sell their properties during this time. All our staff members live locally and with over 75 years’ experience between us we are extremely knowledgeable within our specialised area of Swindon. We pride ourselves on offering honest, friendly and professional advice and feel this has contributed to our success over the years. In fact, we are never happier than when we are recommended by a satisfied client.
Being the only Estate Agent in the Gorse Hill area has enabled us to establish links within the community and we aim to support the local businesses as much as possible.
In 2011 we felt the time was right to open our own lettings arm, initially named Swindon Lettings Department and later renamed as Charles Harding Lettings Ltd. Growing our portfolio over the last 4 years has enabled us to further increase the services we provide.
