Their fees are sky high and even though we asked for a breakdown of these to find out why they were so much, we were told that there was no breakdown and we just had to accept them if we wanted the property. Once they have the contract signed and your money, communication deteriorates and they're not interested in any questions you might have.

Paid ‚£525 in total and entered a property without working locks, lights, and other parts. Also had no paperwork, inventory was incorrect and the property was filthy. They had no interest - just want the money!

Avoid this DISGRACEFUL, incompetent and dishonest company. The staff (including sernior staff) are a disgrace. Don't be fooled by the slick website. Dig deeper into this company. This is my experience:
