They seemed fair and lower than most other agents. They have a range of fee options to choose from, very low but paid in advance up to a higher rate (but still very reasonable) to be paid on completion. The fees are fixed which was very useful to me.

I chose to pay the highest band fee and I have to say that Simon and Emily have certainly earned the fee, in fact given all the hassle and the time it has taken I would say I have done very well on this house sale and am more than happy with the fee arrangement.
