What agent could do to change your mind?
Trading places should have reported all issues to us at initial viewing stage, not wait for us to move in and experience these problems. Since Trading Places are also managing our property, they need to address these urgent issues immediately and not make us feel we are less important to not even get a response within a week.

Having reviewed the file notes I am unsure these comments are fair given that we are letting this property for the first time and that the property was occupied by the owners beforehand. It's not as if we were trying to hide anything we were simply unaware of any issues and the property owners had not found them to be problematic whilst living in the property themselves. I have searched through our files and cannot find trace of a property we were asked to sell whereby there was a tenant present named Cornelia. We always try our best to accommodate the occupants of a property we are selling - it wouldn't pay to create problems with tenants given we need cooperation to gain access for viewings, surveyors etc. With regard to inflated rents our asking price to let price ratio stands at 99.7% meaning that in nearly all cases the stated rental is achieved. Robert is mortified to learn of this review and accepts the comments as fair and accurate in relation to the incident reported. We all have an off day and regrettably this was one of those rare occasions when the pressure to try and accommodate as many viewings as possible resulted in an overload and drop in the high level of customer service we strive to provide. Trading Places would like to set the record straight. The family in question viewed the property when we were marketing the property for sale. The property then became available for letting and the wife of the couple came into our office excited that the property was available for letting because their circumstances were such that renting was the route they were now looking to go.
