Terrible customer service.
Louise was not professional and seemed in a rush to end the call, left a bad taste after the call. The issue was never with the repair cost, but more so the unprofessional call which was both condescending and accusatory....

Truly awful, barely helped when we had issues with our house, which were numerous.
Are currently trying to charge me for cleaning my room after I left, even though it was spotless.
Clearly just trying to swindle money out of students. Absolutely terrible.
