For many people they think that finding a buyer for their home means the 'deal is done', however as Tom points out there are many bridges to crossed before you reach the end goal. The job of a good agent is to make sure everyone in the chain is moving in the right direction, that there is transparency between all parties and that the sale or purchase go through. Thank you Andrew, there is a very good statement 'you have tried the rest now try the best'. Sounds brash but sometimes it's a true statement. This chain was poorly managed initially with some very poor quality agents involved, so we grabbed the whole chain and dealt with everyone in it, communication up and down the chain regularly.
