I’m more than happy with my fees, which were less than most local agents. I could have got a slightly cheaper deal online, but without the same level of support, or a branch to drop into. Selling your home is too important and stressful to worry about saving a tenner here or there, in my opinion.

I rented a house from this agency too. They never did all the checks expected in a rental or were interested in carrying out repairs.
They never lodged my deposit with deposit Scotland. I lived in the property for eight years and returned it in immaculate and clean condition.
