I've sent 8 email chasing a repair with no updates.
I've called and the numbers just keep bouncing around to other offices that doesn't relate to my address.

This company is useless. Not only did they not uphold the terms of tenancy, they were lazy, condescending and rude, avoiding me when things inevitably went wrong which simply made things worse. they could be efficient when they wanted to (i.e. taking my money) ...
