TDS have ruled in our favour and returned our full deposit- obviously the photo evidence we kept showed them exactly how this property was handed over to us, which did not correlate with the standards applied on our checkout. Dealing with touchstone has been an eye opener -shady is an understatement! If they try this trick with every tenant they must be rubbing their hands together. ...
