Alex, I am sorry to read your opinion of our agency which is unusual given the positive feedback and reviews that we usually receive. I deal with all the tenancies through the Hazlemere branch and would like to highlight that our Tenants are never requested to use a contractor as it is not their responsibility to maintain the property. If there were damages to the property you were renting at the end of your tenancy, they would be highlighted in the third party inventory check out report ...
