Ended up in court. Court told them they were trading illegally. Found them totally unprofessional, especially man called Carl. They were also claiming membership of two professional bodies - all untrue. Never again....

Funny but Carl hasn't work for this firm since 2005. I think you'll the service has changed dramatically. ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
