What agent could do to change your mind?
Everything - especially remember that their tenants are clients as well as landlords and deserve not to be treated as second class! Learn about buildings! Don't hire second rate workmen etc! I could go on and on and on....

Abismol - don't touch them with a barge pole! Moved in and found a list of issues as long as my arm which ranged from the boiler not working to handles off doors missing etc. after a year bumped the rent up to way more ... read full review
