I left messages which were not answered. I spoke to 2 different people who did not follow up as promised. I cannot understand why they were so disinterested as I was a serious prospective customer. As a result the company appeared aloof. ...

It is beyond me how useless these so-called estate agents at this so-called estate agency are. Other agencies in London, where the estate agents know how to sell properties laugh at this place!
The Modern house is shiny on the outside, rotten on the inside- just like the OVERPRICED properties they try and sell. Most of their overpriced properties are in really deprived areas. I am not sure what they are trying to achieve?! Other than making money out of deprivation.
