Excellent value compared to traditional estate agents. A little more than online companies charging a flat fee, however the small inclrease is worth it as you get all the benefits of an experienced estate agent and no hassle.

For an estate agent with a personal touch based on the fact you can pick up the phone and speak to them any time of day (or night sometimes! ) the fees were the most competitive around. ( And no fee up front)
