Thank you for the feedback. Good customer service is vitally important to us. We have checked back in our records and can respond to the points raised. Bath panel and broken plug – The bath panel needed to be replaced and was ordered as soon as possible but when it was delivered it had been broken in transit so had to be replaced. A convenient time to re-fit this and attend to the plug was arranged around study/work schedule. On 18th July 2017 it was reported ‘the toilet will flush ...

I would argue that all moving-in fees are too much, however in comparison to the other agencies I liaised with whilst seeking a new property (minimum of 6) Tennens were the cheapest overall both in fees and monthly rent.
