Excellent fees, only charged £40 for application fee if accepted by landlord whereas other companies charge this even if you do not get accepted by the landlord.

What agent could do to change your mind?
First be Honest, be clear, educate all staff how to treat a customer. Don't discriminate people. Please tell your agents that they are not doing any free service.Attached Filesnbsp;
