We are a local independent Estate Agent and Letting Agent in West Kensington and Kensington High Street. We welcome clients from all over the world. We will let, sell or find a home for you. We will advise you regarding interior design and we can provide details of Solicitors and financial advisors.
Our property portfolio includes properties to let, and for sale in West London. We also have an impressive selection of properties in Barbados for sale. We have a large database of Corporate and private Professional clients and we work very closely with Embassies. These clients expect a very high standard of service throughout their involvement with Tates.
At Tates, our Property Management department will take care of your property whether it is tenanted or empty, without you having to worry. We have many years experience in Property Management and we make sure that all safety regulations and legislation are strictly adhered to. Our contractors are on hand 24 hours a day and they are local to the area, enabling speedy and efficient service when required. We will manage a property regardless as to whether we have found the tenant.
Tates are members of ARLA, NAEA, Safe Agent fully endorsed (SAFE), The Property Ombudsman Scheme and we comply with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, (TDS).
