The firm was founded in 2022 by Charlie Thomas, a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ experience in providing property and asset management services across the UK. Charlie’s experience has been gained through working with clients from some of the largest property companies and institutional funds in the UK, to medium and small-sized family offices, high-net-worth individuals and opportunistic investment companies. The firm operates across the UK from its offices in Buckinghamshire.
