ARLA is the professional and regulatory body for letting agents in the UK. Members are governed by Codes of Practice providing a framework of ethical and professional standards at a higher level than the law demands. ARLA has its own complaints and disciplinary procedures resulting in any disputes being dealt with efficiently and fairly.
