We upgraded from CFP to Alto which was a natural progression and there are a huge number of issues. Worse still they do not respond to notifications of critical bugs and major flaws.

Alto is a great system and whilst it has taken a little while to adjust to a new CRM operating system, the back up and support has always been on hand.

We switched over from CFP to Alto just as lockdown was happening which made working from home a lot easier! Training with Steve was also very good over the phone, he was also very supportive in the days that followed if we had any queries.
