Unfortunately this doesn't tell the whole story and poor service the heater still hasn't been fixed now on the 6th week and finally when they sent someone out he said he can't fix it so will have to wait without sufficient heating in the Lounge in till well after Christmas as it's the 20th today a continued poor service from Stuart Smith and Michelle..
