I took the £1495 option, no sale, no fee. Still a saving of in excess of £2,000 but for what you get it still seems high. You'd expect the level of service / support to go up for the higher price but it felt like I was pretty much treated the same as anyone else. You don't get the sense that the call handlers or firm is really working for you but I guess that's what online is - DIY advertising, DIY chasing and DIY negotiating. All round an OK experience but could be so much better.
