After 200 years of high fees and pointless jargon, the industry needs to change — and we’re the ones changing it. We bring together local expertise and technology to make moving easy. And free.

Selling your home for free is at the heart of what we do. We work differently than traditional estate agents. We use technology to be more effective and don’t have expensive high street branches, so we can pass the savings onto you.

We recommend useful services from our partners along the way — and if you choose one of these optional services, our partner pays us a referral fee. And if you don’t choose to use them, we’ll still sell your home for free. No pressure, no awkwardness — just a fantastic, free service.

What can we say, you will not find a better value offer, in order to professionally market and sell your property, opting for the initial full package deal. We saved many thousands of pounds in fees and would only use HouseSimple in any future sales transactions.

I saved about ‚£2000 with VAT. The only thing I would say is that my type of property was not the easiest to sell (despite plenty of them in the area) I think a local estate agent would have a better understanding of the uniqueness of them. That said the same people would have viewed it, with probably the same people putting in offers

Housesimple uses a network of professional photographers to complete our images for us on property adverts. In the event that vendors want to provide their own images as well or instead, this is something that we are happy to accommodate. Feedback is chased automatically after every viewing and we send this on straight away to vendors once received. We are reliant on viewers informing us of their position correctly when they enquire with us, and verify this information if they are to proceed a ...
