Just check payment option, as if you go for the cheaper option you have to take out a mortgage and use a solicitor that HouseSimple recommend, and if you don't you will get charged a fee.

Please be aware and don't be fooled that the Pay as You Go weekly subscription cost is not £9 pounds but it is £29.

Worth it? hell yes! Saved me just under 4k from estate agents fees; average cost in Glenrothes was ‚£800, extra for certain online websites, & between 1 - 2% selling price fee. All for a nice glossy printed brochure which no-one (buyer or seller) actually needs nowadays.
