My sentiments exactly! Streets Ahead is the worst estate agent I have ever delt with. Horrible company stay away and I'm a Landlord! They took 6 months to hand over the tenants deposit for me to submit to a deposit scheme. They are running an absolutely terrible business. Stay away for your own sake not worth the trouble. ...

The fee was reduced to 7%, although I asked George if it could be reduced to 6% to match a competing agent. One thing I will say is that they charge £114 for a Tenancy Agreement which I think is just daylight robbery and shouldn't be charged at all!
