We are so sorry about this. Please let us know how you contacted us whether by email, telephone etc and we can check what has gone wrong. Incorrect e-mail etc. In the meantime please call our office on 01292 501777 and speak to our office manager, Marie Barr. She will make sure you are sent the relevant Home Report.
