What agent could do to change your mind?
Absolutely extortionate for the reasons above. My previous agency were amazing with speed of responses and their fees were ‚£250 and I felt they worked harder than townends did for their rip off ‚£700. And because of this I'll never use them again. Had there fees been lower I would have overlooked the mistakes in the contract and the lack of personal touch. When they're asking for a larger sum than other agents fees! You expect your going to get a premium service tailored to you. But you'll not, it will most likely be either the same or sadly in my case worst. Just more expensive.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
