1per cent was a good rate but I had had Townends managing the rental property for 7 years which was not a good experience so felt that this rate in some way recompensed for previous difficulties.

Steve We're obviously concerned about problems that occur within a property once a tenant has moved in, it is extremely frustrating to move in to somewhere only to discover that things are not working properly. The moving process is stressful enough. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
