1per cent was a good rate but I had had Townends managing the rental property for 7 years which was not a good experience so felt that this rate in some way recompensed for previous difficulties.

Steve We're obviously concerned about problems that occur within a property once a tenant has moved in, it is extremely frustrating to move in to somewhere only to discover that things are not working properly. The moving process is stressful enough.
