I think you should focus on what leads to those emails rather than the end result itself. Your team had no strategy, overpriced, were unbelievably hard to reach, and would never follow through with actions that were your own recommendations. You did not turn down anything, i cancelled because you and the team do no work and rely on right move enquiries which is the very reason you should never deserve a sales fee. ...

This man is HORRIBLE. He tries to woo you initially then once you have signed on the dotted line he never answers calls or emails. He with holds damage deposits and gives the run around pretending the bank put stop payments on checks. He really and truly has the personality of a sociopath-stay away!!!! ...

When we receive your comment, suggestion or complaint, we will do the following: If you phoned or visited us, we will endeavour to deal with the matter straight away. If this is not possible, we will contact you within seven working days to let you know what we are doing.
If you contacted us at Head Office, in writing, we will acknowledge receipt of your letter within three working days. We will then give you a full written response within 21 working days or, if this is not possible, tell you when you can expect a more detailed response.
