My friend was offered a deal of 6% on the fees and he was very happy with this deal because it made the service (let only) more affordable for him as he ahs a huge mortgage. He hopes that he will be able to get a similar deal in future if the property becomes vacant after the current letting.

As a full time landlord I am looking to get the best deal I can. I have multiple properties and keep them in very good condition so any GOOD Agent should be able to let them out pretty quickly. So im always looking for a better price.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
