I feel that the Admin fees were a little high considering that on a few occasions property and tenant details were incorrect in documents sent to me which then had to be corrected. Ideally I would not have to correct basic details.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
