Although I only have one other agency to make a comparison with, I think their fees are reasonable. I knew exactly what each payment covered and I had options to accept or decline. I was also pleased that their percentage was taken from the rent monthly not for the whole year at the beginning of the tenancy. If I didn't get paid, they didn't get paid.
