Dear 'DT', I'm sorry to hear that you feel let down by our service. I have looked into the issues you raised and believe that the problem with the keys arose due to the locks on the property being changed without us being notified. Which then lead to us booking contractors that could not gain access. I can assure you that all the contractors we use meet the required standards as per UK legislation and are fully insured. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
