Reasonable fees - paid £108 incl VAT at checkout. No renewal fee when renewing the tenancy agreement each year. Can’t remember the moving-in fees in details but they were reasonable and worth it for the good service I got for 10 years.

We have used Wm Lynch as our letting agents all these years. Our next tenancy will be the fourth time Wm Lynch will be acting for us. Very high, been with 3 other estate agents in Egham area - never paid more than £300 - was charged double here. I don't understand what the money goes towards as you have to compile all the documents and fill in forms - they just forward your emails, my cat could do a better job.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
