Sterling Estates Management fail to hold residents meetings. They have not done this for many years. They have made Sterling Investments and Shalim Ahmed directors of the management company and so basically Shalim can dictate to residents what Sterling Estates Management fee is and to keep themselves on as managing agents. They provide service charge and months later have not produced accounts to explain the charges. ...

I had exactly the same experience! After a year my rent was increased by £25 p/m (not a problem). They took out the old amount by accident and i was harrased every day by phone and had letters sent to me for this £25! But when it was the other way around and i wanted my deposit, the splendid Becky response was 'it will take however long it takes'!. Anyway glad i dont have to deal with these guys again :) ...

sterling properties are well known for non repair illegal evictions failing to place deposits in rent deposit scheme failure to retirn deposits falsifying documents. so i understand what you mean this company is not to be trusted i know of a disabled lady who they made wait a month for a simple repair to give her hot water, all this company thinks of is ripping off as many people as possible. i have a long list of ex tenants illegally evicted,ripped off, and treated like dirt by this company and ...
