What agent could do to change your mind?
As mentioned above I would not use sterling again nor would I recommend them. Michal who sold my property was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever with him but the overall experience wasn't great.Attached Filesnbsp;
Comment on agent fees
I felt the fees paid did not warrant the service I received. The estate agents whom I bought from were excellent. They were Very friendly and informative and seemed to know exactly what was going on at all times. Sterling on the other hand almost dissapeared once the sale had been agreed. Again the only person who seemed to be making any effort was Michal. The difference between the two agents was very noticeable.

We all had to have patience on this one, especially with the local searches taking between 6-8 weeks, but having a sales progressor to update all parties of the progress I am sure contributed to minimising the stress caused by these delays, not to mention the last minute wrangling with the mortgage company! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
