Thank you for your review Alan, there might have been a mis understanding with the figure of £350,000, as we have NEVER said it was worth that low, we said that would be a good asking price as it was recognised by Rightmove in their drop down menu and that it would attract more buyers. We always knew it would achieve somewhere around £365,00 and not the £390,000 we got 3 times because the surveyors would always down value it (which they did) ...
