I felt your fees were very high. We used yourselves as we had not had many viewings with a local estate agent and I saw your advert in the Sunderland Echo stating you could sell properties quicker than other estate agents. We were told by David Jordan that letting agents would probably buy our property. We said that we would need to sell our house for at least ‚£126,000 to be able to afford all fees and to buy a new property. David said that was a realistic price to get for our property. However, James Fiddian said the interest from letting agents were only offering us no more than around ‚£110,000. We wanted a quick sale so when our first buyer came along we accepted his offer, even though it was ‚£5,000 less than what we had wanted. So although I was happy with Springbok's services, I didn't get the asking price from the letting agents like I was given the impression that I would. I therefore could have stayed with our local estate agent and sold it for the same price, but instead my fees would have been much less.

Springbok Properties strives to provide a high standard of service to all our customers at all times. If you feel we have not achieved this in any way, we'd really like you to tell us.
If You Have a Complaint
If you're not happy for any reason, your first point of contact should be with the team handling the sale of the property. It doesn't matter if you are the vendor, a prospective buyer or you have purchased the property through us. The team you have been dealing with will get started on resolving any issues as soon as they are aware of the problem.
If they can't help, they will escalate you complaint within our internal complaint procedures. You will be contacted by a manager or assistant manager the same day if we can.

If You Have a Complaint
If you're not happy for any reason, your first point of contact should be with the team handling the sale of the property. It doesn't matter if you are the vendor, a prospective buyer or you have purchased the property through us. The team you have been dealing with will get started on resolving any issues as soon as they are aware of the problem.
If they can't help, they will escalate you complaint within our internal complaint procedures. You will be contacted by a manager or assistant manager the same day if we can.
