What agent could do to change your mind?
Look after a tenant who's always paid rent on time and 'merely' asked for a functioning hearing in the winter. The disrespectful and dismissive tone in their emails is unacceptable.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be an letting agent who respects both the landlord and tenant. Increase communication and follow the rules of the contract that you implement!!

Limited the number of people dealing with my property. Been more flexible in terms of using landlords choice of contractors. Explained how they selected their 'approved contractors'.

Its a standard marketing charge. Read the small print. There are lots of reasons why houses dont get viewed - bad pictures on details, people arent interested inthe area, not enough applicants suit the properties in stock etc etc . Basically its all about price. 6 viewings in 4 months = overpriced property. Did u reduce at all? People only pay what they think a house is worth - a competitivley priced property gets viewings and offers, overpriced don't. Something to think about after giving less ...

I cleaned the place top to bottom when I left and yet they still insisted on getting professional cleaners in at my expense!!!! What do you make of that??? They even had the cheek to blame it on the landlord but he is not even here in the country? ...
