They could be more collaborative, one evening we called them because the water heater was not working and it was very cold, but did not send any technician! I think that before you rent a house, you have to double check!

The First comment was wrote by myself,I used to work for this shite company!they told staff to comment on bad people's reports to find out who it was and to right good reviews to make them look good.I would never advise anyone to rent from them they like to keep their landlords sweet in particular ones as well like a mr Williams if u rented one of his you never got your deposit back I know I did them!my friends sister had one of his properties I pre-warned her that she won't get her deposit back ...

Lost Keys

Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).

Early Termination

Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
