We offer 4 main services including Full Management Service, Let Only Service, Formal Pre-Purchase/Rental Survey, Inspection Only Service. As far as we experienced, very reasonable deposit and no fees. However, we did originally sign the lease with another agent and the pre-tenancy arrangements were made with that agent and the landlord so your mileage may vary.
