We are sorry that you are not happy with our service. Viewings are sometimes subject to tenants allowing us access to the property and when they cancel on short notice it is unfortunately out of our hands, we do make tenants aware of the cancellation as soon as we are told. We try to give all tenants an opportunity at securing a property and try to make it as fair as possible, everyone who viewed the property that day are given equal chance to secure the property to make it as fair as possible. ...

They don't care about tenants.
Tenants who paid the rent in time with no problems for years.
When the tenants want to leave and they need references or the deposit back they make this things to go slow and they don't help at all.
They ask for 7 working days to give you the references and take a lot of time until you will have the deposit back.
Tenants AVOOD THIS AGENT!!! ...
