Skybluehomes: They work hand in glove with the landlord, even if the tenant is right, they do not support, only do back and forth over the emails. We have moved between 4-5 properties earlier. Never had any issues. They have been our true nightmare. They unlawfully deduct your deposit, returning not even 10%. SHREWD individuals! Malicious! and inconsiderate. During the country lockdown, they didn't accept my tenancy extension even as I was unable to view any other accommodations to move into due to the lockdown but no, they wanted me out regardless. I left on time. But they would not return my deposit since it is a non-essential appointment, they are not able to go and do an inventory check.
